Who we are
Welcome to Esuubi Foundation, a beacon of hope and transformation in the heart of Kyabirwa village, nestled along the serene banks of the Nile River and just 9 kilometers from Jinja town, Uganda.
We are a registered community project dedicated to changing lives and shaping brighter futures. At Esuubi Foundation, our mission is to provide children with access to quality education, world-class nutrition, medical and dental care, and opportunities for growth—all within a safe, loving, and family-oriented environment.

Programs
We are committed to transforming lives through holistic and impactful programs that address the core needs of children and the community. Our initiatives are designed to nurture, empower, and inspire, providing opportunities for growth and development in a loving and supportive environment.
Esuubi Boarding Home
We directly house, feed, educate, provide health care & support for up to 19 children who attend our school in our love filled home with the kids ranging in age from 4 to 18.
Healthcare & Nutrition
At Esuubi Foundation, we believe that good health is the foundation of a bright future. Our healthcare initiatives are designed to ensure that every child and community members.
Community Work
We work with local women and the community as a whole providing further education and up-skilling via jewelry making, tailoring, growing crops the list is long.
Education
In 2017 the closest primary school was a 30 minute walk away so we started a home school which was initially attended by 10 children, however as word of mouth spread around the village

Our Founding Story
In 2015 (at the age of 26) Happy began a project to empower women in the local community by supplying seeds and teaching sustainable farming practices to local women via the Seeds of Change project. Through this, Happy met a handful of local children who were not in school or receiving adequate nutrition, these 10 children in effect became the first 10 Esuubi Foundation students when Happy took them into her home to ensure their health and educational needs were met
