How the Program Works
- Application Submission: Submit your application using our simple online form.
- Application Review: Our team will carefully review your application. If you’re shortlisted, we will contact you for an interview.
- Interview & Selection: Successful candidates will receive further information about their role, responsibilities, and onboarding.
- Onboarding & Training: Orientation sessions and resources will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped for your volunteering journey.
- Volunteering & Feedback: Throughout your time with us, we encourage open communication and feedback to help you thrive in your role.

We recruit volunteers from all over the world to volunteer with us primarily through word of mouth and via our profile’s on the Workaway and Helpstay volunteer exchange websites.
By sponsoring a child, you’re not just providing financial support—you’re offering hope, security, and a brighter future. Your sponsorship helps cover essential needs like education.
Our volunteers stay at the school or in a local home stay and we charge a small volunteering fee which includes accommodation and three meals per day with the minimum commitment for volunteering being 2 weeks. If you stay at the school (most do), there are showers and flushing toilets available.
The ultimate value of our volunteers however is the alternate ideas, skill sets, support and love that they bring.
